Another year and another resoundingly successful Reward Live has gone by!
From Becky Brooks’ (enei) opening keynote on creating an inclusive and equal workforce, to the people challenges faced by Lucy Adams at the BBC, the two-day event covered all those big issues that HR managers and employers come up against daily.
And with conversations around pay and pensions, benefits strategy and wellbeing, Reward Live offered expert opinions on the full employee benefits spectrum.
Finishing on a powerful and emotive interview with former England test cricketer Jonathan Trott about his personal wellness struggles, it is safe to say that the audience left fuelled by ideas and inspirations for their own workforces.
All that remains is to say a huge thank you to all our sponsors (including headline sponsor Barnett Waddingham), our speakers, and of course our audience – see you all in 2017!
